Upcoming workshops at Firstsite:
The short classes at Firstsite are a great way to try out different media - pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, red chalk, wash, biro - although being short sessions Lisa recommends choosing just one or two. We will be working from my own collections, and seasonal material. On Friday 23rd Feburary, we will be getting a special loan of bird taxidermy from Colchester Museum to draw - hoping for an owl!
January: Sunday 14th and Friday 26th.
February: Sunday 11th and Friday 23rd.
March: Sunday 10th and Friday 22nd.
All 10.30am -12.30pm.
Upcoming workshops for the Field Studies Council at Flatford Mill:
Lisa is very excited to be working at Flatford Mill this year. The one-day workshop will allow time to work with a range of different media, and the residential is a great way to really enjoy the beautiful surroundings while having the time to both experiment and develop a finished still life or series of studies. In these sessions there will have the chance to explore the area and find things to draw on site!

A short course including the opportunity for residential stay between 7pm Wednesday 28th - 4pm Friday 30th August 2024.
